Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and provide information to callers
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the office
– Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
– Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
– Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
– Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
– Utilize Google Suite applications for various administrative tasks
Experience:
– Previous experience as a receptionist, clerk, or personal assistant is preferred
– Familiarity with office procedures is a plus
– Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
– Proficient in using computer software and applications, including Google Suite
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
